This course is offered in English and Spanish.
This course meets OSHA occupational noise exposure training requirements for employees exposed to noise at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels. Noise control methods, noise monitoring procedures, the advantages and disadvantages of various types of hearing protection devices are included in the course. AMA provides a certificate and pocket ID card for each student upon successful completion of the course.
